Loving the Over 50 You

Here you are, past 50.  Time seems more precious.  You’ve had good times and bad, made mistakes and done some great things too.

What a perfect time to reinvent yourself and your life!  What a great time to gather all the experience and wisdom you’ve accumulated, fill in the gaps, and clear through all the emotional clutter to discover your heart’s calling!

Will there ever be a better time to bring forth your life’s true calling???  What are you waiting for?

There are a few key ingredients necessary for this quest. In future blogs I’ll share those ingredients. And watch for my upcoming program on reinventing yourself. But for now I want to share one essential part of this journey.

That essential ingredient is Loving yourself.  Loving yourself is the foundation to reinventing yourself and having a life worth living.  Loving yourself is not a one time deal. It’s a lifetime commitment that gives great rewards.  People say they love themselves but I have not seen that to be really true.
