I Don’t Believe in Death

What we think is life (discontent, striving, searching, looking outside ourselves for validation)

…………………isn’t life at all

That’s the squashing of life

We fear and are appalled by death – yet these things I described ARE death

We think death is to be feared but we just mess up our lives with this fear
………………………which makes life a death

death dances with life to remind us to be fully alive

life can be death

……………..or life can be true life even in our despair

For those grieving this season:

Love truly is all there is

There are times – probably many – when we feel extreme sadness.  It is part of the human experience.

You only add to the sadness for yourself and others when you run from your feelings or act in desperation. The way out is through.

When you fully feel both the joy and despair, you transcend to something greater – which is peace.

Love yourself, honor life as it is in its sadness and its joy. Move beyond your fear and support and help others.

Life’s most important tasks are love, to do your best and forgive yourself and others

Be love even in your sorrow and in the worst of times

Bring love to your life and you may find as I have found: that you connect with your inner guidance through living fully, that you feel those who’ve passed because you are fully alive

Love is life

That is all there is
